Windows Installer Error 1721 & Tune Up Utilities 2008
If you get error 1721 when installing/uninstalling Tune Up Utilities, here is a quick fix. The error usually occurs when you install or uninstall something. You may get the same error with other programs too. This should for them as well.
The error reads something like:
